What a full chart reading covers
A kundli is your birth chart cast for the exact moment and place you were born. Vedic astrology reads it through twelve houses, each governing an area of life — the first for the self and body, the seventh for partnership, the tenth for career and standing, and so on — with the planets placed in them describing how each area tends to behave.
Reading it properly means more than listing placements. It means weighing dignity, seeing which planets aspect which houses, identifying the yogas formed by particular combinations, and above all reading the Vimshottari dasha sequence, which shows which planetary period governs your life now and which arrives next. A placement that has been quiet for twenty years becomes central when its dasha begins.
In a first consultation Master Vijay Ram usually works through the chart in the order that matters to you. Some people arrive with a specific question about work or marriage; others simply want the whole picture. Either is fine, and both take about the same time, since the same chart underlies them.
The reading is delivered in plain language. Sanskrit terms are used where they are the accurate word and then explained. You should leave able to describe your own chart's main features to someone else — which is the test of whether a reading has actually been given or merely performed.

A clear, caring path
How a kundli reading proceeds
A kundli reading casts the chart accurately, reads the twelve houses alongside yogas and planetary dignity, then maps the dasha periods ahead. It covers career, relationships, health, finance and timing, and is the reading most other consultations build on.
Cast the chart accurately
Your birth date, exact time and place are cast into the full kundli with its divisional charts. Where the birth time is uncertain, that is addressed before conclusions are drawn from it.
Read houses, yogas and dignity
The twelve houses, planetary strengths, aspects and the yogas present are worked through, establishing what the chart favours and where it makes life harder.
Map the periods ahead
The dasha sequence and significant transits are mapped forward so you know which periods are running now, what is coming, and roughly when.

Which reading answers which question
Three different tools, chosen to fit the question. You are always told which is being used and why.
| Reading | Works from | Best suited to | What you bring |
|---|---|---|---|
| Kundli and horoscope reading | Your full Vedic birth chart | Timing — marriage, career, when a difficult period lifts | Birth date, time and town |
| Palmistry | The lines, mounts and shape of both hands | Direction and tendency where a birth time is unknown | Nothing — hands in person, or clear photographs |
| Psychic and intuitive reading | The situation as you describe it | Open questions with no clear marker in the chart | The question itself |
Do any of these sound familiar?
When a full reading is the right starting point
Most other consultations here begin from this one.

- Several areas of life are difficult at once and you want to know why
- A major decision is ahead and you want the timing assessed
- You have had contradictory readings elsewhere
- You want to understand a dasha period you have been told about
- You are considering a specific remedy and want the chart checked first
