Nothing is required to make first contact. These details simply mean less of the session is spent gathering them.
- Your birth date, exact time and town — the time matters most, because the ascendant and all twelve house cusps depend on it
- Your partner's or family member's details — only where the question involves them, and only if freely available
- A plain account of what has happened, and from when — dates matter more than detail
- Clear daylight photographs of both palms — only if you want a palm reading remotely
