The practice rests on Vedic astrology — jyotish — which means charts cast for an exact birth moment and read through the twelve houses, the planetary dignities and the dasha timing system. That system underlies most of the other work: matching, marriage timing, remedial measures and muhurta all depend on it.

Alongside it sits palmistry, read in the traditional way from the lines, mounts and shape of both hands, and useful particularly for clients with no reliable birth time. And intuitive reading, which after four decades of chart work is difficult to separate cleanly from trained pattern recognition — he does not pretend to separate it.

The remedial side covers what most clients actually arrive for: love and reconciliation guidance, marriage and family matters, and the traditional cleansing and protection work — black magic and negative energy removal, nazar, and protective practice.

This gets its own section because the questions arrive weekly and the answer is a straightforward no rather than a redirection into something similar.

No tarot. No mediumship — he does not claim contact with those who have passed, and where grief is what has brought someone, the conversation can still help but will involve no such claim. No clairvoyance as it is usually advertised, and no crystal ball.

More importantly: no work directed at another person. No naming who is responsible for a suspected working. No counter-working, no reversal, no ritual aimed at an adversary in a dispute. A significant share of enquiries concern black magic, curses or possession, and they usually arrive from someone frightened who has often already paid another practitioner.

The approach is assessment first, and it is genuinely open. Prolonged stress, untreated depression, grief, thyroid disorders, sleep disorders and simple compounded misfortune produce almost exactly the pattern people describe. Where that is what the evidence supports, that is what you are told — and being told nothing is wrong is a frequent and legitimate outcome.

Where symptoms suggest a medical or psychiatric cause — episodes someone does not remember, voices, seizures, persistent unexplained physical symptoms — a doctor is recommended before anything else, firmly, including to families who did not come to hear it.

Four things come up often enough to be worth stating in advance, because they are the least profitable answers available in this trade.

That nothing is wrong, when nothing is. That a relationship is unlikely to recover, when the chart and the account both point that way — many clients say afterwards that hearing it plainly was the most useful part of the session. That a remedy is unnecessary: a Kaal Sarp puja that was never warranted, a Manglik label that cancels on a careful reading, a blue sapphire that would suit the chart badly.

And that a previous diagnosis was wrong — including an expensive one. A second opinion costs little and frequently establishes that nothing was ever present. That conversation happens most weeks.
